Annual General Assembly

- R. Michael Cowgill, Georgian American University, Vice-president and Treasurer

At the meeting Michael Cowgill, (outgoing President), gave a summary of the year, and Irakli Baidashvili, (outgoing Vice President and Treasurer), presented a 2019 financial report. Betsy Haskell was approved as ex-officio advisor to the Board.
The General Assembly was moderated by Mackenzie Rowe from the US Embassy.
