AmCham's CLT committee met to discuss the ongoing legal and tax related matters practitioners come across on regular basis. The law on entrepreneurs as well as labor code provisions were named as most relevant and it was decided to follow-up on them in 2023. The tax dispute resolution cases were discussed and it was decided to revert to this topic in the upcoming year.
