The American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia held its annual General Assembly and Luncheon at the Republica Ballroom. Michael Cowgill offered an overview of the work of the Chamber during the last year. AmCham Treasurer, Irakli Baidashvili presented a financial report of the 2018 year, which was approved by members. NEXIA was also approved as auditors for AmCham for 2018-2020. Elections were also held, during which nine corporate A and two corporate B board of directors were re/elected. The following board members were re/elected by the board:

- Sarah Williamson- Vice-president of American Chamber of Commerce
- Irakli Baidashvili- Senior Vice-president and Treasurer of American Chamber of Commerce
- Badri Japaridze- Board of Directors (corporate A)
- Christopher D. Schuelter- Board of Directors (Corporate A)
- Otar Kipshidze- Board of Directors (Corporate A)
- Sergi Kobakhidze- Board of Directors (newly elected) (Corporate A)
- Sandro Shelia- Board of Directors (newly elected) (Corporate A)
- Steve Johnson- Board of Directors (Corporate A)
- Lasha Gogiberidze - Board of Directors (Corporate B)
- Ketti Kvartskhava- Board of Directors (Corporate B)
Betsy Haskell was approved as ex-officio advisor to the Board.
AmCham Georgia also acknowledged the many years of support of ex-president of AmCham Esben Emborg, as he is stepping down from the board.
